For generations, Indian families have understood that the character of a dish often begins with the spices that go into it.

In the founding family of 3S, the women of the family were closely involved in preparing the spices used in their own kitchen. Spices were selected with care and blended with an understanding built over years.
That belief eventually grew beyond the family kitchen.
What began with an appreciation for authentic, unadulterated Indian spices at home became 3S’s foundation for serving professional kitchens. As we grew, we combined that understanding of Indian flavour with the consistency and supply reliability expected by HORECA.
Today, our focus is straightforward: to help professional kitchens access Indian spices and blended spices that deliver the flavour and character they expect, consistently.

Started in Mumbai
3S started in Mumbai with a simple understanding of Indian spices and the needs of the Indian kitchen.

What began as a small-scale retail and wholesale business became 3S Enterprises.

The focus moved steadily towards professional foodservice, supplying hotels, restaurants and caterers with ground spices and blended spices.

As the business grew, so did the ambition, while staying close to the principle that started it all: good food begins with good spices.
